About the Role
As a Guest Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering unforgettable guest experiences from check-in to check-out. You'll be the first and last point of contact for our guests, so a warm smile, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are a must

Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and check-in/out guests with professionalism and warmth
* Manage guest reservations and handle enquiries via phone and email
* Provide local area information and assist guests with special requests
* Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure guest satisfaction
* Manage billing and process guest payments accurately
* Maintain a clean, organised, and professional front desk environment
* Assist with guest complaints in a courteous and solutions-focused manner

What We're Looking For
* Minimum 6 months' experience in a customer-facing or front office role (hotel/resort preferred)
* Experience with Opera or other reservation systems is a definite advantage
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude
* Professional appearance and reliable work ethic
* Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays

* Relevant hospitality or tourism qualification (preferred but not essential)
