ISA Collective is looking for a passionate, forward-thinking registered architect to join our team and take charge in the design & coordination of bids for government tenders and private projects. What You'll Do:
* Tender / Bid Coordinate your Projects: Tender for government projects, manage and coordinate your team, and put together pricing and tenders applications to win government projects including, but not limited to, the education and hospitality sectors.
* Client-Focused: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and transforming their dreams into reality.
* Lead the Design: Create compelling, thoughtful concepts, while navigating the complexities of development and building applications, including the creation of visualisation renderings.
* Engineer the Details: Take control through concept through to the preparation of construction drawings and oversee the tendering and contract administration processes.
* Collaborate: Work alongside specialist consultants and liaise directly with builders on projects.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure your designs meet local, state, and national regulations while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and craftsmanship.
Who We're Looking For:
* A highly experienced bid coordinator who is confident with winning government tenders.
* A creative visionary who's not afraid to push boundaries and challenge traditional practices.
* A master of Revit and skilled with a variety of other design tools, including rendering software.
* A strong communicator who thrives on client and specialist consultants engagement and building relationships.
* Someone who is ready to take the reins and shape the direction of the projects you're passionate about.
