We are looking for a passionate, qualified and experienced Full-Time Chef specialising in Indian Food at Indian Corner at Wilson.
We are established and a busy restaurant serving our loyal customers with Indian Taste at Burnie, Tasmania over 7 years. We are looking for a chef who can demonstrate abilities as listed below;
* able to manage and cook for bookings, caterings and walk-ins.
* able to plan menu's and price menu items
* cooking and preparing entrees, mains, desserts, and other menu items
* follows food safety procedures, occupational health and safety procedures, and maintains hygiene
* training kitchen staff
* communicating management on profit margin, estimating food labour cost, and negotiating with supply orders.
* checking the quality of food items and doing stocktakes
* Supervising Nan cooking in Tandoor and curry item
