Help manage and execute our broader content strategy to drive traffic and engagement.Social Media ManagementPost engaging updates on the Profit Peak LinkedIn page and help establish our presence on Instagram.Event CoordinationOrganise online events via platforms like Luma and support any logistics.General SupportBe a go-to team member for various operational tasks to help keep our founders moving fast.AI ProficiencyAs AI becomes a core part of the tech stack, knowing how to use it proficiently is now a key responsibility, especially to support RevOps and empower our customer success team with faster, insight-led decisions. What We’re Looking ForTechnical skills - You understand basic HTML, interested in vibe coding, use tools like n8n.Financial understanding - You understand basic financial metrics and working skills of Google sheets or excel.Proactive mindset – You’re someone who takes initiative and thrives without micromanagement.Willingness to learn – Fast learner, open to feedback, and not afraid to ask questions.Versatility – A ‘can-do’ attitude and ability to juggle diverse responsibilities.Commitment – This is a full-time roll, at least 3 days a week in our Surry Hills office.
