We're looking for an Operations Supervisor to lead our eCommerce and retail store replenishment. This is a full-time, Monday‐Friday 9‐5 role, focused on accuracy, efficiency, team leadership, and continuous improvement.

The Gig
You will be responsible for maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring the seamless flow of outbound operations across our fashion eCommerce platform and retail stores. You'll analyse data, investigate discrepancies, conduct system audits, implement loss prevention strategies, and lead a high‐performing team to deliver exceptional results.
What will you be responsible for?
Order Fulfilling & Shipping
* Oversee picking, packing, and shipping for retail store replenishments, online customer orders, internal event materials
* Ensure all shipments meet quality standards and SLAs
* Maintain availability of all consumables and tools required for efficient operations
Team Leadership & Management
* Lead and develop outbound associates and Team Leaders
* Create weekly labour plans based on forecasted and actual volumes.
* Foster a positive, accountable, and safe work environment
* Ensure no LTIs (Lost Time Injuries) due to training, process, or environment gaps
* Ensure all team members are signed off on relevant SOPs and policies
Process Optimisation
* Continuously improve outbound processes for accuracy, speed, cost efficiency
* Implement best practices for inventory handling, packing standards, and shipping procedures.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaboration & Communication
* Work closely with inventory, customer service, retail, and event teams.
* Develop and maintain clear SLAs across departments.
* Prioritise urgent shipments and resolve order discrepancies quickly.
Performance & Reporting
* Track and report on KPIs including order cycle time, shipping accuracy, productivity targets
* Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Track team time accurately via timesheets or TAS forms.
* Proactively performance manage based on output, culture, and behaviour.
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience in warehouse or distribution centre operations (eCommerce preferred)
* Proven leadership and people management capability
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A mindset focused on continuous improvement and accountability
