About the Role
The successful candidate will oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the warehouse and logistics support functions. Key responsibilities include ensuring accuracy in inventory holdings, optimizing physical space usage, and providing safe, timely, cost-effective logistics services in support of internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate inventory holdings through regular audits and reporting
* Optimize physical space usage by implementing efficient storage solutions
* Provide safe and effective logistics services to internal and external customers
* Supervise and direct warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 2-5 years' experience in warehouse operations, preferably at a supervisory level
* Experience using Pronto or similar business systems
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite programs
* Effective time management skills, appetite for continuous improvement, and a collaborative approach to delivering on business objectives
* Valid Forklift and C Class Drivers Licence
