Digital Pathology Medical Device Integration Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Position Until November 2025

We are seeking a skilled Digital Pathology Medical Device Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with the project technology team to build, test, and implement all medical devices for the Shared Laboratory Information System (LIS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Implementing and managing pathology instrument integration within the Shared LIS project timelines.
* Organizing and conducting system integration testing (SIT).
* Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
* Planning and deploying interfaces for the Shared LIS Go-Live.
* Providing post-Go-Live support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Pathology Medical Device Integration (MDI) experience preferred.
* Knowledge of ASTM standards.
* Rhapsody Integration Engine experience.
* Minimum 4 years hospital/contractor medical device integration experience.
* Proficiency in JavaScript programming.
* Understanding of computer networks, firewall rules, TCP/IP ports.
* Experience with Cerner Millennium integration preferred.

About the Role:
This is a fixed-term position until November 2025, full-time at 80 hours per fortnight. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a healthcare environment and be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
