Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for approximately 200 employees while performing HR administrative duties.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of all payroll functions.
- Coordinate and manage end-of-month requirements for various companies within the Pacific.
Tasks
* Prepare weekly, fortnightly, and monthly wages for electronic payment.
* Generate weekly production reports.
* Create end-of-month reports, journals, leave liabilities, group and payroll tax, superannuation, and headcounts for the group of companies and reconcile the same.
* Perform end-of-year reconciliations and group certificate preparation.
HR Responsibilities
* Coordinate HR team meetings, including document preparation.
* Draft employee communications and paperwork for new starters and terminations.
* Assist the HR Director and Manager in completing management and group reporting requirements.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in ADP Globalview SAP.
- Proficient in Excel.
