The primary objective of this role is to create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons and ensure venues are impeccably presented and ready for events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and visitor support
* Maintain clean and well-presented public spaces, ensuring a high level of aesthetic appeal
* Assist with ticketing and merchandise sales, driving revenue growth
* Support venue operations, including restocking and administrative tasks, to maintain efficiency
* Contribute to safe work practices and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in business administration, galleries, or museums, with a willingness to develop knowledge across relevant areas
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationships
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, promoting a cohesive and dynamic work environment
* Financial literacy and confidence with cash handling, ensuring accuracy and integrity
* Current Open C Class Driver's Licence (mandatory)
