Job Description
Situated in the local shopping village, our practice offers ample parking for both team members and patients alike. With a focus on diversity and a family-oriented approach, our dental practice boasts a team of Dentists dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
* Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures.
* Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures.
* Sterilise and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
* Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
* Reception duties - meeting & greeting patients, general and booking enquiries, record keeping, payment & insurance processing.
Qualifications
Our successful candidate:
* Experience working as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist.
* Experience in dental terminology and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of dental software.
