As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for delivering effective staffing and personnel administration services. This will include arranging for advertising job vacancies, selecting, interviewing, and testing applicants, maintaining accurate records associated with HR information, providing guidance to staff on disciplinary matters, introducing and inducting new team members, interpreting employment legislation, awards, collective agreements, and employment contracts, creating and improving workplace regulations and policies.
