Our clients are a leading Financial Planning firm with 10+ staff in their office. They are a values-driven financial planning firm experiencing strong growth, and we're now looking for a Client Services Manager to support our Financial Adviser and play a key role in delivering exceptional advice experiences to our clients. Our clients have a large back-office team with a great work culture so you won't be feeling pressure to meet deadlines and have a team to help you. They provide the opportunity for clients who lack strategy to plan and grow their wealth in the most effective way. They are passionate about providing great client service, with high value and high touch focus. The Role:
* Working with Financial Planners on strategy development and research for clients
* Manage and respond to client queries within specific time frames
* Implementation of statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA)
* Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
* Maintain client interactions, files and database records (XPLAN)
* Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes
Skills & Experience:
* Must have at least 3 years experience in the Financial Planning Industry supporting a Financial Advisor
* XPLAN experience preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with direct equities, WRAP platforms and SMA's
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
