This is a pivotal role overseeing the Prestart and Client Liaison teams, ensuring a seamless and high-quality client experience from contract through to handover. This role would suit an experienced Administration Manager or a Senior/ Experienced residential construction professional (Prestart, Client Liaison or similar) looking to step up! A full handover, training and support will be provided. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Prestart and Client Liaison teams to deliver exceptional client service. Manage workflows, team performance and resource allocation to meet deadlines. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. Collaborate with design, construction and sales departments for smooth project delivery. Foster a positive, professional and engaging team culture Be the go-to person for queries from the team About You Proven experience working in the residential construction industry Strong understanding of residential construction processes, terminology, products, timelines and the current industry climate Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
