ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for skilled Excavator Operators to join our team on important rehabilitation projects at a Defence Site in Townsville, QLD. You’ll be operating machinery in a safe, respectful, and team-focused environment.
KEY DETAILS:
* Employer: OSOS Alliance – A trusted name in civil construction
* Location: Defence Site in the Townsville region
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm + Overtime
* Pay: $45/hr + Penalties (based on experience)
* Citizenship: You must be an Australian Citizen (due to site security requirements)
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
* Operating excavators and other civil machinery
* Supporting site teams with rehabilitation and construction works
* Following safety protocols on a secure site
* Taking pride in your work and contributing to a high-performing crew
WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:
* Proof of Australian Citizenship
* A valid Australian Driver’s Licence
* Excavator ticket (and other machine tickets a bonus!)
* Civil construction experience
* Willingness to work as part of a respectful and inclusive team
* Able to meet Defence site security requirements
HIGHLY REGARDED:
* HR Truck Licence
* Previous experience on Defence or secure sites
* Experience working on country or in remote/regional locations
