About the role
We're looking for a commercially sharp, product-minded operator who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, growth and innovation.
This role goes beyond traditional relationship management. You will build and scale a high-impact ecosystem of partners across health insurers, state and federal government agencies, and general insurers — unlocking new value for customers and driving sustainable growth.
You will own and evolve some of Tyro Health's most strategic relationships, while identifying and developing new partnership opportunities that shape our future.
This network of partners is critical to how we acquire, retain and serve customers. You will play a key role in shaping this ecosystem — bringing together stakeholders across industry, translating market signals into action, and helping influence our product and commercial direction.
This is a unique opportunity to combine commercial acumen, product thinking and industry engagement to deliver meaningful outcomes for both our business and the broader health ecosystem.
What you'll do
* Build, own and grow strategic partnerships with insurers and health funds.
* Identify and develop new partnership opportunities that unlock growth and customer value.
* Act as a connector across the health ecosystem, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
* Translate industry trends, partner feedback and market insights into actionable strategy.
* Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, engineering and support teams to bring partnerships to life.
* Develop commercial models, business cases and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
* Lead partner engagement, including executive stakeholder management and regular strategic reviews.
* Own partner performance, including tracking, reporting and continuously improving outcomes.
* Represent Tyro Health at industry events, strengthening our presence and network.
What you'll bring
* Proven successful experience in partnerships, strategy or commercial roles within the Health space.
* A strategic mindset but operates hands-on with the ability to move from idea to execution quickly.
* A strong track record of turning relationships into tangible outcomes.
* Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments, including enterprise partners and industry bodies.
* Strong product intuition – understanding what creates real customer value, not just what sells.
* Natural curiosity, with a strong network and engagement in the health ecosystem.
