The Opportunity
This is a dynamic and high-earning potential role built around a 360-degree model, with a heavy emphasis on proactively winning new business.
* Business Development & Sales: You will be responsible for driving new business across all industries, identifying opportunities to partner with clients on their volume recruitment needs. You will be developed and supported in putting together compelling proposals and quotes to win significant new work.
* Assessment Centre Expertise: Working closely with your manager, you will lead the delivery of the assessment centre model. This includes designing, preparing, and running large-scale assessment centres to recruit for any role type, ensuring a high-quality, seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
* High-Standard Delivery: You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, liaising closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the delivery of a very high standard of work. Our team prides itself on quality and exceptional client outcomes.

What We're Looking For
You don't need recruitment experience We're seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and the following key transferrable skills:
* Customer Service & People Skills: A proven background in a role that requires frequent customer interaction, relationship building, and problem-solving.
* Sales Drive & Target Focus: Experience in a sales-related role (retail, hospitality, call centre, etc.) where you were motivated by hitting targets, upselling, or achieving KPIs. We're looking for individuals driven by earning potential and professional achievement.
* Exceptional Organisation: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously—essential skills for project management.
