We are currently assisting our national client in their search to fill 2 important roles, one as an experienced **Team Leader **and another as **Call Centre Officer**.
You will be working within a motivated customer service and small call centre team environment.
These are not selling roles, they are about providing professional and friendly service to the companies existing clients either on the phone or face to face.
**About You**:
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Able to work independently or within a team environment
- Proactive and flexible attitude
- Able to learn new skills and programs quickly
- Can solve problems efficiently
- Experienced using NAV and two way Radio (preferred but not essential)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Assist Operations Department as required
- Provide data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Liaise with supervisors and logistics team
- Preparation of agreements and relevant documentation
The successful **Team Leader** will be required to manage & coordinate with their team and client requirements.
If successful, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with drug and alcohol testing.
