- Develop high-quality solutions to meet customer needs.

- Define and champion technical best practices within the team.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers.

- Strong background in backend development using statically typed languages like Go, Java, or C# .Net.
- Previous experience as a senior software engineer.
- Effective communication with non-technical people.
