About the role
We are seeking 2 experienced or motivated and willing to learn Powder Coaters who are safety-focused, reliable, and take pride in producing high-quality finishes.
The role is full time with our client, Monday–Friday, with regular overtime available and penalty rates.
Responsibilities include:
* Prepare metal components for coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
* Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
* Operate and monitor curing ovens
* Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Comply with all relevant OHS requirements and company policies
This role is a great fit if you:
* Have previous powder coating experience (preferred but not essential)
* Have good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Are reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
* Have basic mechanical aptitude
* Have a high regard for safety procedures
* Can work independently and as part of a team
