Network Retail Group is seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Coordinator to support the Managing Director across a diverse portfolio of assets.
This is a multifaceted role, and we will provide training across key areas including retail leasing, reporting, and real estate. However the ideal candidate will bring strong foundational skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and creative programs used for marketing material preparation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and track the Managing Director's daily activities and priorities
* Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the Managing Director
* Manage retailer communications and monitor daily task progress
* Prepare marketing materials for go-to-market initiatives
* Develop high-quality leasing packs and tailored retailer presentations
* Conduct gap analysis to identify leasing opportunities
* Update asset strategy plans, progress reports, and supporting documentation
* Prepare internal reports and materials for client meetings
* Assist in the preparation of Lease Offers and Disclosure Statements
* Manage, update, and maintain asset files and records
* Undertake site inspections as required
* Provide general support for the day-to-day operations of the office
What We're Looking For
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Confident communicator (written and verbal)
* Proactive, reliable and takes initiative
* Previous experience in property or administration (preferred but not essential)
