We're expanding our installation team in Victoria and are looking for experienced Commercial Window Installers to join our crew.

About the Role
This role involves the installation of commercial aluminium window and door systems, including sliders, fixed panels, handles, sub sill and sub heads across a range of residential projects - mainly high-end homes.
You'll be working as part of a skilled installation team, following detailed plans and ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to Empire Windows' high standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Install aluminium windows, doors, and framing systems on commercial and residential projects.
* Read and interpret shop drawings and installation details.
* Ensure installations meet required tolerances and site specifications.
* Work collaboratively with site supervisors, builders, and project managers.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
* Follow Empire Windows' quality assurance and safety procedures.

About You
We're looking for installers who are:
* Experienced in commercial or architectural aluminium window installation (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
* Skilled with tools and familiar with commercial glazing systems.
* Reliable, punctual, and take pride in their workmanship.
* Able to work well in a team or independently.
* Hold a current White Card and driver's licence.
* Have own tools and transport (for subcontractors).
