Key Responsibilities:
* Manage large-scale capital projects, including financial forecasting and performance management

* Drive strategic planning for infrastructure portfolios ensuring service excellence and governance

* Proven expertise in project delivery financial management and infrastructure planning
* Strong leadership team management skills with ability to inspire performance accountability
* Excellent communication analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
* Stakeholder engagement skills including navigating complex business cases evaluating risks and providing clear recommendations
* Tertiary qualification in Property or Project Management is highly regarded
