 * Monitor traffic flow effectively
 * Arrange bookings and transport promptly
 * Transport luggage safely
 * Provide information on resort facilities and local events confidently
 * Ensure public areas are clean and presentable
 * Drive golf carts skillfully
 * Collaborate with front office teams successfully

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Experience in a hotel porter/concierge role in a 4-5 star environment
Knowledge of the hotel industry, the region and local attractions
Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills and ability to work well in a busy environment
Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
Deliver high standard customer service and organisational skills
Work well in a team environment and with diverse groups of people
Be self-motivated, confident, friendly and enthusiastic
