Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects.
* Collect and analyze data to support engineering decisions.
* Stay updated with industry trends for cutting-edge solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.
* Create and maintain technical documentation and reports.
* Identify and solve engineering problems to improve quality.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* A recent tertiary degree in Civil Engineering.
* Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
* Previous internship experience in a consulting environment is desired.
* Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries is desired.
* A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
* Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
Compensation & Benefits
* Salary banding: $75,000 - $85,000 inclusive of superannuation.
