Job Description
This role is focused on providing strategic legal advice and guidance to the organization on employment law, industrial relations, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of new employment and industrial relations legislation and policies.
* Evaluate and ensure legally compliant business practices across the enterprise.
* Identify, advise on and manage compliance risks in accordance with organizational guidelines.
About You:
* We seek a results-driven lawyer with extensive expertise in employment and industrial relations law.
* Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years post-admission experience as a qualified lawyer with strong knowledge of employment and industrial relations law, including operation of awards and enterprise agreements.
