To succeed as our new site supervisor, you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while exceeding expectations and KPIs. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge, and strong organisational skills will equip you with the tools required to excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities (Not Limited To):
* Communication – Verbal & written to keep all parties well-informed
* Preparation – Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repair
* Quality Control – Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repair
* Repair Schedules – Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPI
* Budget Management – Understand, monitor & control claim repair costs
* Key Performance Indicators – Exceed internal & external KPIs
* Additional items as required to ensure the team succeeds
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Building Supervisor Licence - (Preferred)
* Professional & Organised
* Attention to detail while managing time efficiently
* Valued & active member of a team culture
* Driven to succeed while working independently
* Experience - Site Supervisor or Project Manager
* - Insurance industry (Preferred)
