* Proven ability to grow existing accounts, develop new business opportunities, and increase market share through consultative selling
* Energetic, results-driven self-starter with excellent time management skills
* Committed to continuous professional growth and learning
* Hands-on team player with a flexible approach and strong work ethic
* Strong communicator with attention to detail in proposals, reporting, and CRM
* Willing to travel interstate and occasionally overseas
* Experience in medium-high voltage primary equipment sales is a strong advantage
