Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
* Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person
* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department as well as being able to provide assistance with queries.
* Manage the front desk and maintain a professional and organised appearance of the area in line with Ray White guidelines
* Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, filing, banking and scheduling appointments
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Assist with special projects and events as needed
Qualifications:
* Certificate 3 in business or equivalent is desired
* 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor
