We are looking for two individuals to join our team in Port Macquarie-Hastings Council as oyster farmers. Your primary responsibilities will include grading oysters, preparing them for market, and harvesting while maintaining the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grading Oysters: Ensure oysters meet quality standards before they are shipped to market.
* Preparing Oysters for Market: Package and label oysters according to customer specifications.
* Harvesting and Facility Maintenance: Safely harvest oysters while ensuring the facility remains well-maintained and secure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
