The Role

As a Personal Assistant, you will support a founder by taking ownership of personal life admin and day‐to‐day administrative tasks that can distract from high‐leverage work. This role creates focus and reduces context switching, ensuring important logistics, scheduling, and follow‐through are handled with a high level of care.

Responsibilities

* Manage personal life admin and scheduling support for a founder, including coordinating appointments, travel, and other logistics that reduce day‐to‐day distractions.
* Handle general administrative follow‐through across changing priorities, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, thoroughly, and with minimal supervision.
* Provide responsive support when time‐sensitive issues arise, helping unblock urgent logistics and keep plans on track.
* Support office administration, including helping maintain an organized workplace, coordinating practical needs, and assisting with events or ad hoc operational tasks.
* Identify opportunities to improve how work gets done by bringing structure to recurring tasks and using agents or automation where useful.
* Apply strong judgment to details, costs, and coordination choices so that solutions are not only completed, but completed well.
* Plan and execute office events and team gatherings (celebrations, team lunches, onsite visits) in partnership with the People Team, managing logistics and creating positive in‐person experiences that strengthen team culture.

What We're Looking For

* Experience in a PA, EA, office management, workplace experience, or similar administrative role.
* Exceptional attention to detail, with a highly organized and meticulous approach to managing moving pieces.
* Strong judgment and resourcefulness across a variety of tasks, including scheduling, logistics, coordination, and general admin.
* Ability to operate with low touch support, taking ownership of tasks and driving them through to completion.
* Comfort working across both personal admin and office‐related responsibilities.
* Clear communication skills and the confidence to clarify, prioritize, and follow through effectively.
* A practical level of familiarity with areas like accounting, finance‐related coordination, or personal admin workflows.
* A proactive, sharp, and dependable working style, with the adaptability to succeed in a fast‐paced environment.
* Interest in improving processes and using automation or AI tools to streamline repeatable work.
