About the role:
This is a full-time permanent opportunity, located in Grafton NSW. Preschool Hours – 8am to 3:45pm Monday to Friday and paid school holidays. We are seeking a candidate to commence in January 2026 in time for term 1.

Service Director
to lead our preschool service – someone who can inspire educators, partner with families, and create a nurturing, play-based environment where children thrive.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of educators
* Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework
* Foster inclusive, respectful relationships with children, families and the community
* Guide curriculum decisions that promote belonging, wellbeing and curiosity
* Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan
Your Qualifications & Experience
* A
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
(or Diploma with significant leadership experience)
* At least
3 years' experience
as a Teacher or Early Learning leader
* Sound knowledge of the
National Quality Standard
and early childhood best practice
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to Uniting's values –

* Current NSW WWCC Check and ability to pass National Police Check
