We are a technical builds company seeking a skilled and dependable Level 3 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. From structured cabling and AV installations to secure network systems and custom software deployment, we support every stage of the modern workplace.
About the Role
As a Level 3 IT Support Technician, you'll be responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting infrastructure and deployment projects, and contributing to system development and integration. The role combines hands-on physical work with high-level problem-solving and technical execution.
You'll be the go-to person for escalated issues that require deep troubleshooting, technical insight, or field-level resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
Set up and configure workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
Mount and install physical equipment such as monitors, TV screens, and security devices.
Assist in site builds, including workstation setups, cabling, and device configuration.
Collaborate on systems development, scripting, and tool creation to improve internal IT operations.
Support deployments of new systems and contribute to testing and rollout planning.
Requirements
3+ years in IT support or infrastructure roles, with proven Level 3 experience.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking fundamentals, and system administration.
Experience with Microsoft Azure or hybrid cloud.
Familiarity with scripting or development tools (e.g., Java, Python, or similar).
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot effectively, and communicate clearly.
Comfortable using tools and equipment for light technical builds and installations.
Physically able to lift equipment and perform onsite tasks safely (e.g., mounting, running cables, hardware setups).
