Demolition Labourers, Spotters & HR Drivers – New Year Start | 30 hrs/week
AVAILABLE ROLES
Demolition Labourer
* Operate demolition tools and equipment safely
* General site clean‑up and debris removal
* Support demolition tasks across residential and commercial sites
* Confident use of hand and power tools
* Work closely with the team to deliver quality outcomes
Spotter for Excavator / Labourer
* Spotting for machinery, vehicles, and excavators
* Maintain exclusion zones and safe work areas
* Keep work areas clean, safe, and organised
* Assist with residential demolition tasks
* Confident with hand and power tools
* Previous construction site experience preferred
HR Driver
* Removal of non‑friable asbestos
* Drive strip‑out trucks to job sites and tip sites
* Work autonomously or as part of a team
* MR/HR licence required
REQUIREMENTS
* Valid Construction White Card
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* Previous experience in labouring, construction, or trade‑based roles
* Experience in demolition highly regarded
* Competent with a range of hand and power tools
* Physically fit and capable of manual labour
* Willing to obtain a B Class Asbestos Removal Ticket
* Available to start from 6:30am–7:00am depending on job location
