We are recruiting multiple Diesel Fitter opportunities based in Darwin, NT, including:
* 2x Workshop Diesel Fitter roles
* 2x Field Service Diesel Fitter roles
These are full-time, permanent opportunities supporting our mining and heavy equipment customers across the Northern Territory.

As a Field Service Diesel Fitter, you will:
* Embark on an adventure with regular travel to Northern Territory-based customer sites on a continuous rotating roster.
* Showcase your expertise by delivering high-quality breakdown, diagnostic, and warranty support on industry-leading CAT equipment.
* Get hands-on with scheduled servicing, repairs, and general labour support in remote environments.
* Add value to our customers by prioritising work to minimise production downtime and keep operations running efficiently.
* Deliver excellence every time, ensuring our customers receive first-class service while improving equipment performance and reliability.
As a Workshop Diesel Fitter, you will:
* Be based in our Darwin workshop, supporting a wide range of CAT equipment across mining, construction and power systems.
* Perform planned maintenance, component rebuilds, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard.
* Utilise CAT diagnostic tools and systems to identify faults and implement effective solutions.
* Maintain strong safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the workshop environment.
* Work collaboratively with technicians, supervisors, and support teams to meet customer and operational deadlines.
About You
A successful teammate will have:
* Relevant trade qualification
* Demonstrated experience on CAT heavy machinery and use of CAT diagnostic systems
* Strong fault finding and diagnostic ability
* Dedicated commitment to health and safety
* High level of initiative, reliability, and ability to work independently
* A customer-driven focus and commitment to continuous improvement
* Excellent communication, documentation, and time management skills
* Strong adherence to quality control and workshop or field service standards
