Responsibilities
In this inbound contact centre role you will be upskilled in systems, customer service, sales and product knowledge. You will play a critical role helping members value our care and our products and services and experience new situations every day.
Job Details
* Permanent full‐time role – commencing Monday, 18th May 2026
* 5‐Week rotational roster – Monday‐Friday shifts scheduled between 7 am–6 pm, including one weekend every five weeks
* Hybrid working arrangement – providing great flexibility

Qualifications & Expectations
* Highly motivated with a positive nature
* Strong personal initiative and enthusiasm
* Passion for delivering high‐quality sales and service experiences
* Active listener who asks questions to determine needs and solutions
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to achieve individual and team goals
* Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded
