This position plays a crucial role in supporting teachers with their daily tasks and student management.

* Main Responsibilities include:
* Providing routine support for teachers by assisting with lesson planning and student routines.
* Supporting communication between teachers and parents regarding student progress and needs.

* Providing basic physical care and wellbeing support for students, including toileting, meals, and lifting as required.
* Assisting students with comprehension of basic tasks and information through clear communication.
* Addressing immediate behavioral issues within the classroom, adhering to school policy and procedure.
* Providing basic supervision and support for individuals or small groups of students within a classroom setting.
