* The successful candidate will be responsible for providing guidance on various P&C processes, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the improvement of HR policies and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities:
* Providing expert advice on P&C matters, EBA interpretations, employee record compliance, and case management.
* Coordinating investigations into employee concerns and performance matters.
* Supporting leaders in managing probation and performance management processes.
* Analyzing performance data to recommend strategies for improving employee engagement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
* At least 2 years' experience working in HR, IR, or ER roles.
* Strong time management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills.
