Zenviron is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to support on-site delivery of major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) and Wind Farm projects in the Newcastle Region. Reporting to the Project and Contracts Manager, you' will play a key role in managing subcontractor agreements, claims, and commercial compliance.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Assist with tendering, negotiating, and managing subcontracts and major purchase orders.
* Advise project teams on compliance with contracts and policies.
* Prepare and manage client progress claims and variations.
* Oversee subcontractor claims and extensions of time.
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
* Support cost reporting and cash flow forecasting.
What you will bring:
* 2+ years' site-based experience in contract administration.
* Background in construction/resource industry (EPCM, contractor, or client side).
* Strong knowledge of contract law and Security of Payments legislation.
* Experience with claims, variations, and cost management.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management (highly regarded).
