This role will see you sourcing the best talent in the property industry for our existing clients.
Your key duties will include:
* Interviewing & Reference Checking Candidates
* Writing Job Ads
* Proactive Sourcing of New Candidates
* Liaising with Colleagues on Positions we are Recruiting for
* Assisting Consultants in Taking Job Briefs
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
* Previous Experience in Real Estate or Property or Recruitment
* The ability to pick up the phone and chat to anyone
* An openness to learning a new sector or career
* A Positive Attitude with the Desire to Achieve Success in your Career
* The Ability to Build Strong Relationships
* A Bright & Outgoing Personality who Enjoys Having Fun at Work

You will be paid a base salary plus commissions and will learn all about recruitment, with the desire to one day step up into a more senior recruitment role in our business
