Position: Part time Medical Receptionist (Monday and Friday)
Locations: Mater Rockhampton, North Rockhampton
Hours: 7.6-hour shifts between 7am - 5:30pm
About Us: At I-MED we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch care to our patients. We are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and we are looking for a Part Time Medical Receptionist to join us in providing exceptional service across our three locations.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Handle appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone.
Manage patient records and perform various administrative tasks.
Ensure smooth operations across all three clinic sites.
Be available for shifts on Monday and Friday with the option to pick up extra shifts when needed.
What we are looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
