Insurance Professional Role
Aon Affinity offers customized insurance programs and specialty market solutions for affinity organizations. This role supports our Personal Lines team, focusing on servicing clients and growing new business.
You will work with a team responsible for managing existing client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. Your key responsibilities include educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting business, presenting opportunities, and servicing accounts.

* Client portfolio management: handling ongoing client needs and ensuring all requirements are met.
* Proactive service delivery and account management to retain clients.
* Consistent client updates and timely communication via phone and email.
* Reactive and proactive lead generation through inbound, warm, and proactive leads.
* Sales pipeline management: generating revenue through consultative sales approaches.
* Complex client queries resolution and complaint issues assistance.
* Negotiation with insurers and clients outside underwriting guidelines.
* Understanding client financials and providing support for debt management, payment inquiries, and settlements.
* Compliance with regulated processes and systems.
* Daily administration tasks and updates in our online filing system according to Aon standards.
* Process improvement identification to exceed service standards.

Key Qualifications
* Comparable client servicing or sales experience.
* Strong software proficiency, including MS Office and CRM systems.
* Tier 1 accreditation or Insurance Broking qualifications are advantageous.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to build trust and connect with clients.
* Creativity and initiative in problem-solving.
* Data analysis and prioritization skills.
