**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with **financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end processes** to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage **accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations** with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare **BAS, financial statements, and compliance reports** to support governance and decision-making.
- Implement **best practice finance, accounting, billing, and auditing procedures** to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain **the general ledger and asset register**, ensuring key reconciliations are accurate and up to date.
- Provide **support to the Chief Financial Officer** and contribute to financial process improvements.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**:
- A **formal undergraduate qualification** in **Accounting, Business, or a related field**.
- Minimum **three years of experience** in a similar finance role, ideally across both private and not-for-profit sectors.
- Strong knowledge of **Xero, MYOB, Microsoft Suite, and financial systems**, with a willingness to adapt and innovate.
- **Excellent analytical skills**, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
