As a Security Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll often be the first point of contact - whether assisting customers with directions, responding calmly to incidents, or supporting centre operations during busy trading periods.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering high-quality, front-line customer service
* Responding to incidents, including medical and emergency situations
* Monitoring safety risks and completing accurate incident reporting
* Assisting with crowd management and conflict de-escalation
* Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures
* Working collaboratively with centre management and stakeholders
What You'll Need:
* Current Victorian Security Licence with Crowd Control function
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Availability to work across a rotating roster and late nights, including weekends
* Professional presentation and a strong customer-focused attitude
* Ability to remain calm and responsive in dynamic environments
