We are looking for a passionate and experienced Parts Interpreter to join the team at Southport.
What The Role Entails
Use of Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to determine required parts
Liaising with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries
Assist with stock checking and order processing
Use of online Manufacturer's portal to locate and source parts.
Processing of Customer orders and/or quotes through the DMS system (ERA)
Working as part of a team to provide & maintain a high level standard of customer service
What We Are Looking For
Genuine parts interpreting experience
Current manual driver's license
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
Background in inventory control preferred
Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Previous supervisory experience and team leadership is preferred, however not essential
