At RAC Busselton Holiday Park, we're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

The successful candidate will spend their days providing exceptional customer service at the front office, assisting with all aspects of guests' stays, answering incoming phone calls, aiding over the phone and via email, and assisting groups with their bookings and stay at the park.
We require a minimum of 1 year's work experience, a Certificate II or higher in hospitality field, or equivalent. Previous experience in administration is highly regarded, as well as previous experience using guest reservation software.
