Senior People Insights Advisor
We are seeking a Senior People Insights Advisor to modernise and simplify our people data, reporting and technology landscape. In this role you will combine analytics, systems thinking and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable workforce insights, improve reporting processes, and support data‐led decision making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead workforce equity reporting including WGEA, gender pay gap insights, and executive remuneration reporting.
* Provide expert advice on people data, analytics, and HR systems to internal stakeholders.
* Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for strategic decision‐making.
* Design, streamline and automate scalable reporting and data processes to improve efficiency, consistency and user experience.
* Develop dashboards and data visualisations to enable self‐service workforce insights.
* Build strong partnerships across People, Finance and IM&T to translate data into solutions.
* Contribute to uplift in team capability, documentation and knowledge sharing to support sustainable delivery and reduce key‐person dependency.
* Support prioritisation and delivery of workforce reporting and analytics initiatives within a transformative organisational environment.

* Location: Clayton, VIC (other locations negotiable).
* Salary: AU$118k – AU$127k pa + 15.4% superannuation.
* Tenure: 12‐month specified term, full‐time.

Essential criteria
* Experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or data engineering within a complex environment.
* Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors or similar).
* Capability in analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. SQL, Python, R, Power BI or equivalent).
* Experience developing automated and scalable reporting solutions.
* Strong analytical, prioritisation and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to balance operational delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Excellent communication skills, with confidence influencing senior stakeholders.
* A collaborative and proactive approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Desirable
* Experience supporting workforce reform, organisational change, or enterprise reporting initiatives.
