Job Responsibilities
* Financial Governance: Establish and continuously optimize the financial governance framework, internal control systems, and financial policies and procedures, ensuring that financial management practices strictly comply with Australian regulations and the Group's reporting standards.
* Financial Reporting: Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and management reports, delivering in-depth financial insights including performance analysis, key risks, and operational insights, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Cost & Budget Management: Monitor the overall cost structure of the business (including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead), analyze cost drivers and variances, and implement cost optimization initiatives. Participate in annual budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial recommendations for product pricing and marketing strategies based on cost analysis.
* Business Partnership: Drive the integration of financial perspectives into key business initiatives and support operational decision-making through professional financial analysis.
* Process Optimization & Risk Management: Identify and drive continuous improvements in cost accounting and management processes, collaborating with operations, procurement, and other departments to optimize cost efficiency. Assess cost-related financial risks (such as commodity price fluctuations) and ensure compliance in cost accounting and financial reporting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Professional accounting qualification such as CPA Australia, CA, or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of relevant finance experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a finance role within an Australian company. Experience in the consumer goods, health products industry, or multinational companies is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations, with comprehensive capabilities in financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Proficient in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and data analysis tools.
