About the Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for a high-volume workforce across multiple sites.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data inputs and maintain employee records.
* Interpret and apply employee awards and contracts while responding to payroll enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes, systems, and staff knowledge.

You'll need:
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, superannuation, employee leave entitlement, and tax obligations.
* Experience using payroll and rostering systems (highly regarded).
* Strong MS Office skills with strong attention to detail.
