Lime Healthcare is a locally owned and operated business based in Drysdale, proudly serving the Bellarine region for over 12 months. We specialise in the sale, hire, and servicing of healthcare equipment and assistive aids, supporting individuals to live more comfortably, safely, and independently.
Thanks to strong growth and continued demand for our products and services, we are looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant and Delivery Driver to join our team.
This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work, customer service, and being out on the road. You'll be helping customers directly by delivering and setting up essential equipment in homes and healthcare facilities across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Gain a strong knowledge of our products and services
* Receive and process incoming stock, including checking, unpacking, storing, and assembling products
* Carry out deliveries and pickups of healthcare equipment to private homes, aged care facilities, and hospitals
* Clean, maintain, and store hire equipment (including tagging, testing, and minor repairs)
* Assist with inventory and maintaining accurate records in our internal system
* Ensure the warehouse and workspace remain clean, organised, and safe
* Work as part of a small, supportive team with a customer-first mindset
* Manage your time efficiently and follow delivery and service schedules
* Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
About You
* Unrestricted driver's licence (manual preferred but not essential)
* Minimum 2+ years driving experience required
* Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment
* Ability to lift equipment weighing 20-40kg
* Strong attention to detail, reliable work ethic, and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Australian work rights are required for this position
