Business Development Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing relationships with mid-market businesses.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a strong track record of closing deals at volume.
About the Role
You will be focused on:
* Proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging mid-market merchants across ecommerce, retail, and hospitality
* Own and manage the full sales cycle - from outreach and discovery to product demo, negotiation, and close
* Drive outbound sales activity while maintaining a tailored, solution-led approach
* Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging and improve conversion
* Keep CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) up to date with accurate pipeline data and forecasting
Key Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management roles, with a strong focus on mid-market merchants
* Proven success in closing deals through outbound prospecting, at volume
* Experience in fintech, payments, loyalty, or ecommerce is highly valued
* Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills
* Self-motivated, organised, and thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment
* A customer-first mindset with a passion for innovative, tech-driven solutions
